Unwilling to resolve there mistakes
After showing up 20 minutes before my appointment and not having the paperwork they wan ere supposed to send to me to fill out ahead of time but didn’t. They canceled my appointment and told me that they would reschedule me. After talking to a manager she admitted their system wasn’t that great but it’s all they had and she was sorry. Sorry for waisting my time when I told them I came from out of town and was even 20 minutes early and would wait to see the provider. Don’t waist your time with this place. They are just a money machine and are just trying to pump people in and out as fast as they can from what I observed.
