Spokane Emergency Physicians

Thank you to the ER Physician that assisted our son! Your “new” accounting practices are a NIGHTMARE. Service was 9/23. Thankfully dual insurances were correctly billed. Final bill sent to us 2/24. We paid it with evidence of a cancelled check dated 2/21/24. Still getting billed at the end of 4/24 for the same amount & received a FINAL NOTICE. Numerous emails sent 3/24 with paid evidence, 30 minutes on hold with Customer Service saying “New system with ALOT of issues. Cashing checks but not being recorded.” No evidence of our bill being paid in the “system”, & finally an email 5 weeks later saying they are “looking into it”. Just received FINAL NOTICE today. Expecting a Bill Collector at my house & a “black mark” on our credit for an already paid bill, due to this flawed billing system.

Got helped in a timely, professional manner. I have 3 insurances and these people can't seem to respond correctly to any of the three. I've spoken to the customer reps of all and the only thing they require is a phone call from SEP, but SEP WILL NOT call and will not personally contact any outside company other than their one billing format. They won't budge, They won't serve but they sure will take you to court if you don't get it done promptly.
