I love my psychologist, Dr. Tate. So much, in fact, that I'm willing to deal with the terrible patient service from the two front desk ladies. They are rude, don't answer the phones regularly (they admit this and say it's because they are too busy), don't inform patients of their atypical policies, like abruptly stopping recurring appointments without telling the patient that they only book ___ many at a time, and then treating you with condescension when you call asking what's up. People seeking mental health services don't deserve (and don't do well with) being treated this way. Luckily, Dr. Tate is awesome and, in my opinion, deserves a better team behind him.
