Bright Now Dental

This place is terrible! As a new patient I was very disappointed with my first visit and final visit to the Tacoma location and may just give up on Bright Now Dental all together. Again, I’m a new patient that scheduled an appointment for what I thought was a cleaning but was actually just an exam and x-rays. The person who greeted me when I walked in the door was great, noted that I was a new patient and thanked me. The hygienist who called me back wasn’t friendly and never introduced themselves. The x-ray process was longer than any I’ve ever done at previous dental offices. Again, the hygienist wasn't friendly and was brusque when giving me instructions. After the x-rays I was put into a room and left there for about 30 minutes with no explanation of what was coming next, who was coming to see me, or how long the wait would be. After waiting for 30 minutes, I heard movement in the room behind me and discovered that it was the dentist. He also wasn’t friendly and didn’t even look at
