Highly Recommend
I have actually been seeing providers at this practice for many years, long before they moved to the current location. I was a patient of Dr. Moore and now see Dr. Woolsey. I have always received excellent care, and some of my needs were both rare and complex. The new location appears new, and the interior decoration is quite tasteful. Wait room is ample, and there is a large area where frames, etc. can be selected after an exam. Every staff member I have ever interacted with was courteous, kind, and helpful. I would readily recommend this practice to anyone.

Just a number
Got prescription glasses, cost a lot of money, based on prescription from Dr. Woolsey. Turns out the reading part of the lenses force me to get very close to what I am reading, about 1 foot. It hurts my shoulders and neck. I am comfortable reading things, including computer monitors at arm's length. He never asked me. Just assumed. Now the pair of glasses is pretty much useless. Tried to work with Vision Health, to redo lenses in same frame. I said I would waive any claims, if the frame got ruined. At first they said No. Then I got a call to come in and sign the waiver. I got to the appointment, and there was no waiver. Totally misleading and a waste of my time. Got a No again. Part of the responsibility of this going wrong for me lies with the OD. He never apologized or acknowledged that he should be asking people how and what they read. At that appointment, he still did not ask me, and I had to tell him. Very poor service, and no consideration for the individual.
