Vancouver Clinic doesn't care about patients

I have been a Vancouver Clinic patient for over 20 years.I'm moving away from them because they don't care about patients. It seems they want to do un-necessary surgeries in the new surgery center they built when the surgeries could be done in the office without Anastasia, etc. but then they don't get paid.Today we took my grandson to Urgent care for a dislocated shoulder.They made us wait over two hours with him in pain and then told us they can't help us because it's been dislocated too long and we need to go to emergency.WHY COULDN'T THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT UP FRONT so my grandson didn't have to suffer. They didn't tell us because then they couldn't have charged us for an unnecessary visit and get their money.What a bunch of crap.Please don't support Vancouver Clinic since they do not want to support us and treated us like the customers we are (anyone paying for services is a customer).
