was great pre-covid. my cardiologist left the office and my care was transferred. i don't know if they hired new scheduling staff or what after quarantine but TWO of my referrals have been deleted from their scheduling system now. very sick of the bedside manner of the public-facing employees. rude, inconsiderate, and WILL raise their voices at you if you ask questions. wish i could take my care elsewhere but this valley is a healthcare desert. 0/5

I have been a patient for several years and recently had an occasion to seek attention for an episode related to my heart. I called for an appointment and was placed on a phone tree which promised a return call quickly. After not receiving a return call for about 40 hours I called again and was finally able to arrange an appointment with a physician's assistant. The assistant I met with never laid a hand on me an d said that the episode was likely related to medication and that since I had seen him I could skip my regular annual visit with the cardiologist. I knew about as much about my condition when I left as I did before I arrived. I know the doctors are busy but when you are experiencing difficulties you would like to see someone who knows more about it than yourself.
