Disappointed
Had to wait 30 minutes to be seen for my appointment New CPAP machine message said 'no SD card detected. Returned to the office the next day and they assured me that it was fine. They said that it did not need an SD card because it connects wirelessly with the cloud. Next morning no record of my having used my machine. It had not been set up on my account on the Cloud. Had to set it up myself. Insurance will not cover the cost of the machine if you are not using it with a set number of hours per night on average. The gal at the desk the second day was cold and unfriendly. There seems to be a lot of turnover of staff at this office. Not the same quality patient care that it used to be.

Treated like garbage!
Made to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time because they let someone who was 45 minutes late still see the doctor before me, switched rooms three times because the first two were dirty. The doctor himself told me I would have inhaled allergy testing. When I asked if it was a scratch test he said no. I got there to find out it is a skin test. So I wasted a ton of time. It's worth waiting to see a trained professional team at a hospital.

Poor billing practices
I had my CPAP repaired. Even after telling them to bill my insurance, that my insurance would pay, they said I would have to file my own claim. I paid and then the insurance paid them as well for the contracted amount. I have been trying to get them to send a corrected claim with appropriate changes so I can get my money back. They do not return my calls and now I'm out over $400 and they have been overpaid over $200 by insurance. On the verge of insurance fraud. They have the nerve to keep calling me to place an order for CPAP supplies!
