While the service initially appeared to be fine the treatment outcome was assuredly not fine. They did not use a drain which resulted in a significant build up of fluid and the skin on my neck being permanently stretched. The nurses in post-op were incredibly rude. They were very focused on me being discharged and were consistently annoyed when I wasn’t meeting the markers fast enough. My vocal cord was paralyzed by them which resulted in thousands of dollars in surgeries and treatments. While it was a known complication of the procedure, and therefore not a legal matter, it would have been nice if they had acknowledged the outcome. I recommend going somewhere else.
