The director is a pompous know it all. The therapists here have an air about them, but they fall below the bar in practicality. I left a voicemail to get an appointment. The owner, Kristy, called me back and was extremely rude and short. She referred me on to a therapist named Kelsey, who couldn't form a sentence let alone tell me how to start dealing with my thoughts and feelings. Back to the worthless director, Kristy, I went. Again, she tried to intimidate me with all of her 'expertise and certifications'. I wouldn't go here if all I needed was directions to the nearest coffee shop.
