The intensely condescending woman, who insisted on "instructing" me about how to use my new CPAP, refused to provide me with the mask that I'd been successfully using for NINE years. She insisted on sending a weird floppy mask, home with me, because she KNEW it was best for me. When she touched the DPAP control panel, it wasn't a problem. BUT When she had her fingers in and out of the machine's tubing connections, I got irritated. After that, she repeatedly stroked her fingers across both of the machine's air filters. I requested different filters, in a sealed bag, and she responded that her fingers were clean. She was adamant that the ones she had touched all over, were the only ones I'd take home. Because it was mid-afternoon, I43 traffic would start getting congested, so I just gave up and headed home. If I had been a patient, who was new to CPAP, she would have completely discouraged me. Instead, I ordered filters online & never saw that snotty woman again.
