Poorly treated as a long term paitient
I am a sever diabetic who has been seen by this clinic for 40 years. Waited 7 months for an appot with my regular doctor. After driving for 50 minutes to appt today--was told the appt was cancelled last August--via VM. I check my VM daily--never received. I felt like I meant nothing to this clinic after being a paitient for so long--going back to original drs of Eye Physicians--how disappointing for a professional clinic to treat a paitient. I was told--sorry--and that was it--no additional assistance as: can we reschedule --in near future--NOTHING. Treated extremely poorly--after many years of being taken care of---I guess truly clinic has deteriorated in paitient care which no longer has meaning to this clinic. I will find another dr.
