It seems like they care but if you have to schedule a procedure, expect a mess to develop. If you fail a physical before a procedure and need to reschedule, don't expect assistance. If you need to contact a doctor to discuss a problem, don't expect it soon and never expect it outside of the 8-4 office hours. They simply don't care is the impression we were left with, and this is with one of the owners.
