No professionalism
I'm a 79 year old woman. I fell and hurt my ankle and foot. It immediately swelled including my toes and was very painful. I knew it was late and close to closing but went there anyway hoping they could X ray and tape it until I could get to my family doctor the next day. They were still open and had me come in. When the Nurse Practitioner came in he said he would not treat me and I should go to the ER. He said I might have hurt my head. I asked him to X ray and tape it to help stop the pain knowing the wait time in the ER would be hours. He said NO. The staff was ready to leave and didn't want to be bothered. I don't blame them but they should have said that up front. Getting out of the car and into the office only added more pain and then I had to get back in the car creating even more pain.
