BEWARE! Staff is unprofessional.
I'm only giving this location, staff and provider 1 star because there's not an option for 0 star. My reasons are:1. Overheard staff discussing patient's information including name, socials and DOBs.2. Office smelled like mold and mildew. Had missing ceiling tiles.3.Was told I needed 3 perfect lung function tests to pass. I have asthma, how am I going to have a perfect test.4. Provider NEVER identified himself until he had me in an exam room alone with the door closed.5.Prover NEVER asked me about my pain level point or level. He continued to push and pull my arms and legs. 6. Provider was RUDE! His white coat was dingy. He was unprofessional. He never let me explain any of conditions. 7.Patient before me left a bag of medications in the room. So, I know the room was not cleaned between patients.8.Office staff rolled her eyes and openly talked about me with another staff member. This visit caused me to a pain level of 8 for days and a 16 plus hour migraine!
