Lack of care
After having my child taken to urgent care, referral sent last Friday, we received no call back. Called back in this morning and was told they didn’t receive the referral. We called the urgent care back whom confirmed they had sent the referral over but would resend. We called the Dermatology office back and were then told they wouldn’t address the referral until the end of the week and she was on vacation last week.
