The Pain Center of West Virgina

I have rated my visits to the Pain Center of WV a ‘5’ because of the intervention of Physician Assistant Bryan Dunt. He is knowledgeable and polite, and his dedication to his job goes over and beyond his duty to help patients. I spent 18 months looking for a doctor or someone in the medical field to assess a pain in my left arm. I could not even hold a celular with my left hand. Bryan took action right away and ordered an MRI; the results confirmed his suspicions: several tears in my tendons. I am now in the hands of an orthopedic surgeon who will perform a rotator cuff surgery, something which could have possibly been avoided. An X-Ray ordered by a doctor 6 months ago showed some 'unknown' osteoporosis, which, I was told, was the reason for the pain. I am unaware of why doctors were reluctant to order an MRI. Thank you Bryan Dunt. PS My husband was also treated by Mr. Dunt for a back discomfort and he is very happy with the outcome of his diagnosis and treatment.

This company doesn't care about me or my pain. They mocked me for praying before my visit then refused to treat me. This occurred on my 2nd visit. It wasn't an issue the first visit but the main staff was not present that time apparently. On my first visit there were zero issues. Other than the Dr. having no clue about me or my injury, they were acting like they wanted to help. However after my visit they were supposed to contact the local MRI facility to get my most recent scan. Unfortunately, my wife had to make dozens of calls to get all the documents and MRI's to verify my injury. She had to literally do their job because they refused to do the busy work. If you want to get stuck without pain medication then this is the practice for you. If you like suffering while people laugh at you then this is the pain management clinic for you.
