I had an appointment with Mr. Tracey Sherman, PA-C at Community Care of WV, seeking help with chronic back pain. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite attempting to communicate my symptoms and concerns, I felt that he was not fully attentive during our session. There was a noticeable lack of engagement and interest in understanding the specifics of my condition. It seemed as though he had preconceived notions about my situation without delving into the details I was trying to convey. As a patient, I value open communication and a collaborative approach to healthcare. Regrettably, this seemed absent in my interactions with Mr. Tracey Sherman. I left the appointment feeling unheard and with doubts about the suggested treatment plan, as it didn't seem tailored to my individual needs.I hope that future patients seeking assistance for chronic pain find a healthcare provider who is more attentive and willing to engage in meaningful dialogue about their concerns.
