Receptionist is TERRIBLE!

The receptionist is literally the worst ever! She is SO loud with personal, medical info. She is SO slow! She is SO aggressive, loud, brunt and unprofessional! Constantly not knowing what or how to do anything, making mistakes constantly and continually asking for help. It's unbelievable that she has a job in this important, sensitive, fast paced field! Why would this Medical Group keep her employed?!?! I am absolutely considering not using Dr. L. Jones after 10 years just because of this horrible receptionist they are keeping around.
