CHARLES XELLER RELEASED MY VERY SEVERELY FROZEN SHOULDER WITH CRIMINALLY INADEQUATE PAIN MANAGEMENT. I SCREAMED MYSELF HOARSE FOR THE 20 SECONDS IT TOOK FOR HIM TO BREAK THE SHOULDER FREE. He is very unprofessional, unorganized and hasn’t addressed my issues or concerns in the 4 months I’ve been seeing him. I was hesitant after the 1st visit but thought I would give him a fair chance. I’ve seen him 3 more times after that and am extremely disappointed. Will be seeking care elsewhere

I met Dr. Ariff for the first time March 7, 2025. The appointment was very helpful and he is easy to talk to and ask questions. I had been a bit nervous before my appointment but his manner set me at ease.
