We were referred to Dr. Blecker by Tricare for my daughter's chronic liver condition, Biliary Atresia. Drove 2 1/2 hrs to see him. Initial appointment was enough for me to say..'No thank you.' He didn't even look at her. The appointment lasted maybe 8 mins. He said to get an ultrasound and bloodwork...
