I was in a lot of pain when I went to see Dr Stevens. Ended up having ACDF surgery. I feel so much better. Dr Stevens and his staff are kind, compassionate and they listen.

Had terrible bedside manner, talks over you and doesn't listen to you about what you've actually done. Has his med student residents sit and build rapport and then comes in and spends 5 minutes with his diagnosis. Expect at least 60 days for help with any ailment.

The little Lady that guards the reception area is absolutely the most unhelpful human I have met. Dr. states surgery in a week, don't count on it. Communication from the patient f (via "little people" ) staffing in this office, falls on the deaf and unconcerned staffing this office.
