This won’t hurt!!! No one has ever asked to be numbed while using pliers to rip out bone pins. Shavon the nurse, said NO PAIN. THEY LIED. I’m screaming and they could care less. Bad manners. Blood everywhere. Uncaring and rushed THRU like cattle. NEVER AGAIN. Herzog is FIRED!

Horrible and uncaring. He will never grab me and hurt me again. He has horrible bedsides manners. I fired him the day he and his nurse said NO PAIN when ripping out bone pin with pliers. Scream went on uncaring and COLD ears. They are unkind.

Not very helpful, was not considerate in what I was experiencing. Seemed as though he did not believe what I was telling him. Would not recommend to anyone trying to get better.
