I brought my daughter to see this dr yao when she had a fever. Dr yao was so rude and dismissive. I hated our experience and wouldnt want anyone else to go through a paid visit like that. She was not caring and completely ignored our concerns.

Dr. Alonzo was very thorough and understanding during our telehealth session. She listened to my description of symptoms, suggested an over the counter test to verify if I had the flu, and gave me optional plans for treatment based on the results of the test. Very professional, highly recommend.
