Very focused on my situation and recommendation on what he felt was best for me. I had previously had surgery and he did not feel surgery was the best route as the damage was already done. He prescribed steroids to reduce the inflammation.

Dr. Hazelwood and his staff treated my work related injury for 11 years. I would have never returned to work without his care and expertise! A previous 'Dr.' wanted me on permanent disability, I was 38 years old at the time.17 years later, I'm still working the same job!
