From the time that checked in until the time I left, I felt like the experience was unprofessional. I really do not feel like anyone in that practice cared about my dignity, my comfort or my outcome. My outcome was suboptimal.

The desk associate was courteous and informative. The check-in was simple and quick. All staff provided direction well. The doctor was impressive. Provided excellent imformation. All was very good.

No need to dread.
Addresses patients’ concerns with respect and dignity. Made me almost not dread my colonoscopy. Out of the three I have had with other physicians, his staff and his expertise made such a positive experience that I will not hesitate coming back to them to have done again in five years as long as they are still in the business.

berating, dismissive, disinterested waste of time
Questioned who referred me there and why after I described my prior experiences leading up to my visit. Was not at all interested in what my primary physician’s findings were that brought me to the $50 “consultation”. Suggested that “next time it happens, come back and see me.” Unbelievable! The intern that was shadowing him, however, was remarkable. Hopefully she learns more of what not to be instead of following his lead!

Quick and to the point and awesome
Nice people in front office, nurses are very nice, not a long wait time, actually got back to a room before my actual appointment time and was seen by the dr and he is very thorough and explains stuff and very clear and to the point.

Outstanding customer service from the receptionist, nurse (Colleen), PA (Paige) and Dr. Aaron Bergsman. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. After a quick exam, to learn that I was OK, I was out the door. I would highly recommend Dr. Bergsman & staff to friend, neighbors and relatives. Such a pleasant experience.
