I was 10 minutes late for my annual appointment , the receptionist was extremely rude, I explained I was having heart palpitations so she reluctantly called the Dr from the front desk and when she informed him I was there but had arrived late, he told her I should reschedule! I asked if I could see a PA since I was not feeling well and was told to go to the ER. I was standing at the front desk of my drs office and a nasty receptionist told me to go to the hospital! I had to reschedule. at that time my EKG results were not normal, the Dr suggested I come back for an echo cardiogram . I called everyday for two weeks to get results of Echo and was told the Dr hadn’t had time to review my results. I was concerned because my EKG showed abnormalities. I eventually went to my primary care Dr who took another cardiogram, it was normal, Dr Bush’s tech had not put the EKG leads on properly .Never got call from the Dr, just indifference, lack of proper care, he should be ashamed !!

Ct scan indicated further testing so angiogram and stent followed. Great care for my husband.

Dr. persisted that I have the TAVR procedure. First step was an angiogram which is a cardiac catheterization in my wrist. The result of that procedure caused a hematoma and a pseudo aneurysm which was a chronic anticoagulantion. Hospitalization was required for surgery by a vascular surgeon. After this traumatic incident I will never refer this cardiologist to anyone.

I went to the emergency room and you told me I was having a heart attack and that I should relax and he would take very good care of me and five days later I am out in three weeks later I am walking 3 miles more more than I could before Daily
