Words can describe how grateful I am!I saw Dr. Ferro for the first time and received an injection in my hip. It was the first hip injection I've ever had and have been suffering greatly. Dr Ferro was so kind and explained everything throughly and throughout the procedure. I was in and out of the office from check in until end so quickly and never felt rushed. This place is a well oiled machine. Everyone does their job efficiently and with uttermost professionalism and kindness. His office needs an award if they haven't gotten one already and I'm referring anyone I know.Dr. Ferro you are a lifesaver! I left literally in tears because the whole experience was so good! I knew you got in my hip joint capsule space with the meds and relief would be coming soon! Thank you so much!!

I saw Dr.Ferro on 16th of February 23. Him and his staff were amazing people. You don't always found the Dr. And his staff have good bedside mannerisms and looks out for their patients as if they are a family member. I will take pride in Dr.Ferro and his staff and will highly recommend to family and friends.

I didn’t walk away with a warm and fuzzy on the diagnosis of my feet and ankles. Too many unanswered questions such as what’s causing the numbness, why the pain on the top and bottom of my feet and at my arches constantly an he and cramp when I try and flex my feet. Why the sharp pain constantly running through my ankles and why my heels hurt for reasons unknown. To say it’s Metarsalgia is not enough. There is something significant going on. X-rays tell nothing. Clearly this is a case for an MRI which was not suggested. I felt as though the appt was rushed and told to come back as needed. I’m back home limping thinking what’s next.

After observing me walking and taking X-rays, he diagnosed my condition, informed me of the cause and treated me accordingly to the diagnosis. Had a very pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend him!

I went to see Dr Ferro about an issue with a finger. He took the time to listen to me. While examining my finger he was very through in the exam and as I stated what it felt like he examined the finger some more. He gave me several options for treatment. He took the time to explain each with positives and negatives. Will recommend him to anyone that has an issue that needs orthopedic attention.

Dr. Ferro takes his time and explains thoroughly what he is planning to do. His technique for shoulder injections is flawless

Mr. Ferro was straight forward a cool guy who made sure he explained what was going on with me. He gave an injection in my kneecap area it was ZERO pain.

He took his time and drew me a picture of what was going on with my thumb and how it worked and why it wasn’t working right. Explained my opinions so we started with a cortisone shot first. It felt better before I left of course the numbing in the injection helped, it is feeling better today. He had a great bedside manner and was very caring and gentle while fixing me.Helen

Dr. Ferro had wonderful bedside manners and explained everything thoroughly, even during the procedure so there were no surprises. Afterward he went over any questions I had and showed images of the injection. This was my 3rd cortisone injection and by far the least painful. Honestly, I barely felt a thing. By that evening the pain had started to subside.

The initial registration and visit with staff and Dr. Ferro were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my son was able to be seen. There was not a long wait. X-rays were provided onsite along with the Dr.'s in person review. Time was taken to answer questions and recommend places to fill prescriptions. Dr. Ferro was like meeting a friend for advice.

Lack of compassion, unprofessional,uninformed staff....did,not explore treatment options

Dr. Ferro was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. He was easy to talk to and he explained things in a very layman terms way. I’ve been to other ortho doctors and I never liked any of them. They always made me feel like I was wasting their time. I like this doctor and I will go back to him.

I went in to see Dr. Ferro after slipping and fracturing my femur. He was extremely helpful explaining my condition and also got me into see a surgeon the very next day. He made me feel at ease during my appointment and informed with what my next steps would be with the surgeon. I would highly recommend him!
