Dr. Holtebeck purposely keeps you waiting for a long time in case someone doesn't keep their appointment. We waited one time 3 hours in his waiting room and on another occasion we waited over 2 hours for a scheduled surgery. No apologies, feeble excuses both times. His surgery was adequate and needed 3 lights on the reading material to prove his surgery went well. You definitely couldn't read the material in normal light. He also started prescribing something for me and when I told him that wasn't my problem he realized he was talking to the wrong patient.

Dr. Holtebeck is wonderful and I can't say enough about his expertise....VERY Through and Professional. Office staff is efficient and friendly, and I appreciate the shorter wait times. They are also good about getting you in to see the Doctor within acceptable lengths of time.
