Totally Dismissive of back pain/Misdiagnosed
Went to NCH Close to Home Urgent care 3 weeks ago( MAY 2023) CHIEF complaint was lower back pain and knee pain(7/10 pain level). Attributed my child's pain to "growing pains." NO palpation, referral, or Xrays ordered. Wrote a script for acetaminophen and antibiotic ONLY. Turns out, My kid has GRADE 3 spondylolisthesis
