Dr. Aaron Osborne, DO

My husband broke his hip and Dr. Osborne was the surgeon on call at the hospital that night. He operated. No personal contact at all! Husband was moved to a rehab facility. Absolutely NO doctor follow up. When my husband started having problems with his hip, I called the doctor and the rehab facility called him. No response. My husband cannot progress with physical therapy because of some undiagnosed problem with his hip. But we cannot get a response from this doctor.

I visited an ER for two broken and dislocated elbows. Immediately after, I called EVERY orthopedic office in the North State, desperately trying to get in to see a doctor. Epic Orthopedics was the ONLY office that returned my calls and grasped the severity of the situation. Front desk scheduled an appointment right away and I went in for crucial surgery the following week. I was impressed with professionalism of the staff and how caring they were, and how quickly they were able to get insurance approval and repair my broken arms. Dr. Osborne and PA Gary Hartland answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. After two successful surgeries, I am thrilled to have two strong, functioning arms again. I highly recommend Epic Orthopedic.

The treatment was awesome and the staff very nice however, if you are due a refund than forget it. The office manager lives in Alaska and shows up once in a while. The first time I requested my refund she was in Alaska and would be back in 2 weeks. The second time I requested my refund she was in town and would cut my check and have the doctor sign it. The third time (today) she is back in Alaska and will be back in 2 weeks. I don't think a professional office should be run this way.

I suffered a severe thumb injury, severing the thumb. Dr Osborne did a good job in attaching the thumb. My complaint was in my office visit, the long hair male nurse was downright evil. I was there to take stitches out and the gauze bandage was infused with my bloody scab and every pull was a 10 in pain. I said to stop that it's not working and your a fling like this shouldn't hurt, he laughed and shrugged at me. ??I pleaded for a bowl of warm water to soak it and loosen it and he said there no
