Twice my appointment was moved
First time he wasn’t going to be in town for an appointment they set up moved it to a closer date ok. Called the morning of the appointment date we have to cancel your appointment call us in three days to set up a different date. No thank you evidently you are not interested in taking care of patients.

My father is a diabetic that has been waiting patiently to get his toenails cut for MONTHS with Dr. Owens and they cancel on him last minute EVERY time! First of all, you’re lucky if you can get them to answer the phone. I’ve been calling their office for several months now and finally spoke to someone today. When the nurse called this morning to cancel Daddy’s appointment, he was upset obviously because his toenails are such a discomfort now, she was so unsympathetic that she hung up on him. Their service is a travesty. Shameful!
