He is always very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all questions. Very good bed side manner. would definitely recommend him.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Pierce were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Pierce really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! If you are in need of care DO NOT GO TO DR. PIERCE or Christus Trinity Mother Frances Sleep Clinic. I went to see him almost three weeks ago and upon leaving he told me I would receive a call to set up my sleep study within 2 days, but if not call them. I waited 3 days, no call so I called and was told someone would call me back. I waited another 3 days, still no call so again I called back, I was told again someone would call back and a week later I was still waiting on the call. I reached out to Jessica (Clinic Supervisor) on more than one occasion and the only thing she did was explain how she didn't know what to do that it's the fault of the people they contract the sleep study out to. I was also told by Jessica that the sleep lab did tell her they were short staffed, so maybe that's why I haven't got a return call after over two weeks of waiting. Not once did Dr.Pierce reach out to me to try to rectify the situation, even though Jessica had told me she had messaged him on at least 2 occasions about the sleep lab not calling or responding to set an appointment. Not once was there ever follow up by anyone about setting the appointment. I had to call every time there was any communication at all. After multiple calls and Jessica blaming the lab telling me they are at fault for not setting the appointment, I still got no appointment. I had to finally go to another Dr and amazingly enough I left their office with a sleep lab appointment. I didn't have to make multiple calls, endless hours of holding on the phone, endless excuses of how it's someone else's fault. Jessica is in desperate need of a refresher course of customer service 101. It is NEVER anyone else's fault for poor customer service. I paid my money to Dr. Pierce, therefore it is his responsibility to make sure the people he employs is taking care of his patients and if not that falls on him and you as the clinic supervisor. Also, another customer service 101, being short handed is NOT a reason to not do your job, return phone calls, or be rude. I could go on about the way I was treated, but to sum it up unless you want to spend hours holding, make multiple attempts to get help, hear excuses of why no one is helping you, and made to feel like your health doesn't matter then save your time and find another Dr and staff that

Dr. Pierce is an amazing doctor and human being! He truly cares about his patients and is extremely intelligent!

Dr Pierce is an awesome doctor. He asks smart questions and listens closely to the answers. He’s part physician and part investigator but 100% compassionate!
