If he didn't have the experience to fix a broken nose, he shouldn't have misled me that he could. Even a whole year after my surgery, he tried to convince me that my ongoing breathing problems were just allergies. Every other ENT I've gone to since then have agreed that I am missing cartilage and both my nostrils are collapsed as a result of the surgery. He must've known this. He doesn't take responsibility, or really care at all if he makes mistakes.

I'm an underweight 70-year-old professional who is still working part-time. I developed a wattle under my chin (genetic), which makes me look older than the rest of me. Dr. Shapiro did lipo on the wattle and then gave me a neck lift. I am very pleased with the results. He is very professional and competent. I chose him because he has tons of experience working from the neck up.

I had a lower facelift with Dr. Shapiro and found him to be extremely well skilled and compassionate. He is very mindful of the details and his personality makes you feel very comfortable. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use him again for future procedures. I've gotten many compliments and have already recommended him to my friends.

I am so grateful for Dr. Shapiro and his team! Before coming to their practice, I had two previous rhinoplasty procedures which resulted in an overporjected and unnaturally pionted nasal tip. Dr. Shapiro handled my complex case with care and mastery. He was able to transform my nose into a natural fit for my face. I couldn't be happier! His staff is also fabulous and attentive. Definitely recommend seeing them if you're considering rhinoplasty.

An easy-going, nice, competent doc. About cosmetic procedures:----doesn't clearly answer questions or go over the pros and cons. Doesn't explain all available options available. Quick answers to make things sound positive. Doesn't seem to be a "perfectionist" or strive to be excellent. Doesn't seek honest feedback/conversation from patient Can be good, but is inconsistent. This is about his cosmetic work. Don't know about the ENT side. This was a few years ago. Maybe things are better now.

Dr. Shapiro closed my head after mohs surgery on my scalp. He is one of the most kind, caring and attentive doctors I have ever seen. He was always available during my recovery to answer questions (Very quickly). He's a great doctor with a good heart. My head is healing very well and I feared I would have a bald spot but the hair is growing back. I even decided to get some botox when I was in for my follow ups and I will continue to go back. What a kind and talented man!
