Dr. Aaron Smith and his extremely competent and friendly staff are the best! I have referred his office to many people because he is so proficient, skillful and caring. He is a master of neurosurgery! However, he is humble and kind. He and his office manager went out of their way to accommodate me during this extremely stressful and painful time. My neck surgery, due to an accidental injury, was very traumatic and everyone in Dr. Aaron Smith's office, including Dr. Aaron Smith, made this horrific time so much better!

I had this guy do a cervical discectomy with fusion back in 2011 and have been suffering a horrible existence because of Quack Smith..my last visit with him after 7 months in a neck brace, list 100 pounds cause I couldn't swallow still and in dabilitating pain that was 3x worse than before surgery..this horrible man told me that he would no longer see me and make sure no Dr will even look at my neck again...don't take a chance with this guy....warning!!!! If he makes a mistake, he will crucifie you, alter and lie on medical reports to cover up his mistakes..and his butt.at that time he was working for parish and was fired less than a month after what he did to me...

I saw Dr. Aaron Smith out of an office in Melbourne. I was told that he only comes to this office on Fridays. First visit went ok. Saw me right away and ordered tests. 2nd visit I waited 2 hours. 3rd visit the same. He just kept ordering tests on the last visit he told me I wasn't a candidate for surgery because I had low platelets and basically dismissed me. I've been waiting three weeks for his final report so I have something to give the next doc. Previouly, all reports were timely.

Took lots of time answering questions prior to surgery and explained everything in detail. Fantastic job with surgery. A year later I was in a bad motorcycle crash and broke my neck. While he was on vacation, Dr. Smith took the time to review my scans and make recommendations for treatment. He spoke with my wife about the injury at 4 AM WHILE ON VACATION. You won't find a better surgeon or one who cares more about his patients. The man deserves a parade with tubas and elephants and stuff.

Inadequate explanation of procedures and poor follow-up. After neck and back surgery at one proceedure NO following at all. Reqests for PT ignored. There was no pain medication prescribed post surgery at all. The staff would prefer you don't call. The office hasn't access to HF tests ex-rays or blood work. Forget aftercare

The secretary failed to follow through with acquiring necessary material for the review. The doctor's assistant was condescending and dismissive, assured me the doctor would have reviewed the MRIs (one from a car wreck and one current, to see if there were changes in my spine). The doctor, had never seen my name, my information, nor had he reviewed any of my history before I arrived for my appointment. He took 5 min to look at a few frames, told me he wouldn't advise surgery and left. No help.
