He is kind, compassionate, smart and takes the time to focus on your child. He truly listens and takes the time to understand what is going on, so he can do everything he can to help. One of the best doctors we’ve ever been to.

Dr. Cargan is brilliant and compassionate. His bed side manner is wonderful for children and helpful to parents. He really listens and is insightful. He has helped my son and our family with my son's complex disability. He is the top expert in the field of pediatric neurology. Start with Dr. Cargan, get the diagnosis and make the plan. You're in great hands with him. He's a gem.

Dr. Cargan is one of the best doctors we have seen over the years. He was able to take a large amount of information about our son, process it and give us a concrete plan of action. We have been overwhelmed for a while with our son’s issues and all of the different opinions from different doctors. We finally feel like we have a clear idea of what is going on and a plan to help our child that we can get behind with confidence.

Just called the office to schedule an appointment and definitely not going to this office. Here is what i what told by a person who picked up the phone: "Dr. Cargan is out of network provider he does not take any insurance. You have to pay cash or check. The fee is $900 per hour each follow up visit is $450" On my question what would be my insurance reimbursement, the person who picked up the phone answered "I don't know. You have to call yourself find out yourself." Really?! So unprofessional.

My daughter came home from work with a headache she took advil - the headache did not get better after seeing 2 differents pediatrians and 1 pediatric neurologists, trying several different medications, over a period of 17 days she was no better. An acquaintance recommended Dr. Cargan - we saw him on day 19 of her headache - he prescribed a different medication and she was headache free within a week. He is kind compassionate and determined to fix the problem. He returns all phone calls

Excellent, caring and VERY knowledgeable doctor who tries to help patients with lifestyle changes before prescribing a lot of medications to children and adolescents. He works with the student and the parents to help understand the hows and whys the brain functions. It took a long wait to obtain a first appointment and no insurance is accepted bu this doctor is defiantly worth the wait and paying as an out-of-pocket expense. I only wish we had found Dr. Caragan sooner!
