Dr. Abbas Kashani, MD

In November of 2024 I received a four-stage procedure by Dr. Kashani, including the balloon sinuplasty. Before the procedure Dr. Kashani put me at ease with his warm personality, his answers to all my questions, and his tour of the room and tools that would be used. I found his staff personable and accommodating and never waited longer than 15 minutes. The procedure went perfectly with discomfort comparable to a mere dentist visit. The recovery fatigue and headaches were a bit more difficult, but short-lived, and the doctor’s post-procedure instructions were exactly what I needed. The results have truly enhanced my quality of life. I am thankful to Dr. Kashani and his staff and highly recommend the doctor for his expertise and sterling patient care.

I have been seeing Dr Kashani at least twice a year for over 5 yrs maybe closer to 10. Great Doctor, great personality and always friendly. His staff is great and always very professional. I always look forward to seeing him and always trust his judgement and the procedures performed. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment plan to wait 45 minutes or more in his lobby . Staff is rude

I am having bad ear pain and my sweet mom asked today if they could get me in a lot sooner; e.g. for example call my mom if they got a cancellation, etc.. The secretary on the phone acted unprofessional, condescending, unsympathetic, very cold to talk to, UNCARING person, and UNgodly. She was unwilling to listen and kept being rude. THE SECRETARY SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Maybe she will care then.

Sinus procedure done over 5yrs ago. Can not breathe out of nose. Went to another doctor, he said Dr. Kasha took to much Cartlidge out of nose. Sinuses Collapse when I breathe out of nose. Change the structure of the bridge of nose. I can have nose Reconstruction but cannot afford the cost.

I felt like I was in great hands. Staff very positive and kind. He does great work!!

Dr. Kashani substantially improved my life! Before seeing him, I was on antibiotics every on 2 weeks out of 8 weeks for YEARS from repeated sinus infections, ear infections, bronchitis, pneumonia and even dental infections. 10 months ago, he performed surgery on me and I can breathe better than the last 20 years and feel so much better. I'm off multitudes of medications and over the counter products and have not had one infection or issue since! He is so kind and caring and very skilled!

My 3 year old went 24 hours without pain medication in the hospital the day after his tonsilectomy and adenoidectomy. Since he couldn't keep the oral pain meds down, I tried to get the Dr to try other pain relief options (like iv pain meds) he denied my request and wouldn't offer any alternative solutions to the problem. When I was obviously upset about the situation Dr kashani was very condescending towards me. Finally late in the evening I suppositories as an option to the nurse.

The doctor does a great job of explaining everything, and treats his patient's well. I feel that he did what was in my best interest, not what would get him a returning patient. I saw him because I had chronic sinus infections, I feel much better after a sinoplasty was done under his care. I would recommend him to any family or friend in need of his expertise.
