Not only is Abbie Youkilis wonderful to visit, but she even looked at my test results late in the evening and "translated" what the results meant via a MyChart message. No waiting for days to understand the cryptic description of my CT scan!

Did not feel heard during appointments
I felt that I wasn't seen or heard during my appointments with Dr. Youkilis. I told her that I was getting dizzy more often and I was told to 'stop spinning around so fast.' I then said to her that I feel as if I have ADHD because I have always had trouble focusing. When I was younger, I didn't really go to the doctor to express these concerns. However, when I was trying to be vulnerable about my issues, I was told that 'everyone my age has trouble focusing.' It didn't feel as if she wanted to get to know my issues or past. I also felt like she was rushing me out the door and that my issues weren't big enough. I am confident she is great at what she does but this was my experience.
