I have been seeing Dr Emdur for years. I have Meniere's Disease and was tired of Drs that wouldn't listen to me and were not open to different treatments. Dr Emdur has always taken time to discuss different options with me and actually listens to my questions and what I want to do. She makes suggestions for treatment, but allows me to do my own research and make decisions regarding the direction of my care. I appreciate her openness.

Dr. Emdur was not thorough. I'd been seeing Dr. Morrisey and his PA in Louisville, but when we moved north, I tried Dr. Emdur. I won't go back. I'm still struggling with the issue. Emdur spent less than 5 minutes "clearing" my ears. She prescribed an NON-ear specific steroid that was just TERRIBLE. It dried my ears and exacerbated the problem. Now I have to pay $150 for her poor service, and go back to my previous ENT, who charges less and does a fantastic job. I hope as Dr. Emdur gains more experience, she'll get better. Right now, she's FAR too inexperienced to be helpful.

Virtually no waiting time. RN Ashley explained everything patiently. Dr. Emdur did the same. Dr. Emdur asked many questions and listened intently. Never felt rushed. Felt like she cared. Discussed possible causes for my issue and ways to address it. Dr. Emdur is exceptionally bright, well-educated, well-trained, and an analytical and logical thinker. I'm a veteran. Really appreciate Dr. Emdur's willingness to accept veterans into her practice! Tremendous upgrade from my VA experience!

We were referred to Dr. Emdur to remove a growth in my daughter's sinus. We had 2 office visits prior to the surgery to discuss this procedure, to voice our concerns and get input on the potential consequences of surgery given my daughter's medical history. Dr. Emdur did the wrong surgery, did not remove the growth but deluded both my daughter and I on 2 different occasions that she had. My daughter has lost hearing in one ear and now her nose is deformed as a result.

Dr. Emdur was recommended by a family friend for my husband's tonsil and breathing issues. My husband had his initial visit with Dr. Emdur on 11/11/15 and paid our $40 co-pay. Nearly two months after his visit, we received an invoice for $300.00 for a surgical procedure. Six phone calls later, we were told that the $300 charge was for the scope used to examine my husband's nasal cavity and their office isn't responsible for health care reform.
