You shouldn't have to get response that someone will get back to you in 72 hours . Communications between the Dr. and his staff needs improvement. Better training for staff

I had a blocked left kidney and was in dire condition with agonizing pain. A doctor in Putnam County reported the only recourse was to remove the kidney which forced me to a second opinion. A friend who's wife is a doctor strongly recommended Dr. Eshghi. Dr. Eshghi performed surgery and saved my kidney and my dignity which would have been lost, by losing my left kidney. He's steadfast and reliable.

I recently donated my kidney to my brother and developed a hydrocele which is a common complication. I went to see dr eshghi because it became very large and painful. His approach to explaining my condition wasn't calming by any means. He just recommended surgery, refused to prescribe me anything for pain then left the room. I refused to sched surgery because I want a new dr. His office then called to tell me I Had to pay for the visit because my illness was not related to the kidney transplant?
