Dr. Siadati was very very kind and professional. He has done two major successful surgeries on me,and I feel totally at ease and know that I am in good hands in his care. He will go above and beyond to make sure that his patients needs are met.

He did injections and spinal stenosis surgery on my 85-year-old mother. He was extremely respectful, kind and listen to everything we had to say he was also accurate and diagnosis and treatment and his surgical site was absolutely perfect! I have had severe sciatic nerve pain for years and I went to see Dr Siadati. I had him perform a spinal fusion and immediately had no leg pain. Now I can walk again as normal. Highly recommend Dr Siadati .

Dr. Siadati had been made aware of my medical condition, but when it became suddenly critical, he moved quickly to determine the actual problem, gather the data needed, and get me scheduled for surgery, in what I'm, sure was a busy OR. You know your doctor is thinking about you when you get a personal evening phone call to make sure you on track! And he takes the time necessary so you and your caregivers understand. His staff is responsive, returning calls quickly and informatively, and Chris and Ashely, provided solid support all the way. He's definitely got my recommendation.

Dr. Siadati provide exceptional care of my mother, who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. I love how he was patient and able to communicate with her to ensure that she was able to hear and understand their conversations and her diagnosis. After further testing, he patient discussed all options to help relieve her pain and then walked us through us the process of surgery and recover. His compassion for patients and families was amazingly demonstrated every time we interacted with him. I would e-mail him questions, thoughts, concerns and he always personally and promptly got back with me. He never rushed through a conversations and wanted to make sure he answered and addressed all questions. My mother is doing wonderful now and I have him to thank for it. Words cannot express our gratitude for everything he did for her. Thank you Doctor Siadati.

Excellent Care/Office Manager Hello Just wanted to let you know your staff goes above and beyond for their patients. My husband Eric Oehlerking had DBS Surgery and we can’t say enough about them. From the front office staff who were very customer friendly and Ashley the surgery coordinator who went out of her way to make appointments for the surgery and answered all the emails for my questions. Chris the Nurse Practitioner answered all Eric’s questions after surgery even showed him a picture of the drill that was used! What a team! Dr. Siadati walked us through the process in the office and then at the surgeries he answered the questions and calmed all our fears. We are very grateful for all of you! Dr. Siadati changed my life! I had been walking with a limp for almost a year due to herniated discs and pinched nerves. I was missing out on so much. My surgery was quick and the recovery remarkable. I can’t thank Dr. Siadati enough!!
