I've wasted a lot time communicating to him and calling his office ... very bad in returning paperwork that needs to be signed and all we need was for him was to sign a PT evaluation .. the PT office spent weeks communicating ,emailing and refaxing the papers and finally i had to go to the office and directly hand him the papers ! so upsetting and its crap giving me the excuse that the fax machine does'nt work! had to call , email and fax him .. ridiculous ! and please hire a nurse and a secretary permanently ...most days I called no one picked up ..
