Poor communication skills. Printed information given with no explanation or discussion. Would not give me copies of blood test results. It took several phone calls over 3 weeks to get a return call. It has been just short of a month and still no answer for amount and frequency of blood to be removed. Told by staff to not mention a blood condition to the Red Cross.
