I waited for three hours on the table to see him, during which time the three clinical assistants expressed extreme concern for my health and wound sites. When he showed up he was rude and dismissive, to both myself and them. He refused to even touch me at all, and said I seemed fine and there was nothing he would do for me. When I asserted that I'm a month into post op recovery and my wounds have only gotten worse, he left and said "sweetheart, you can do what you want but I'm the doctor here"

I have seem Dr Zarif as needed for years. He is my go to surgeon. Always available to see me when needed. With an appointment in a timely manner. His bedside manner can't be beat. He knows what he is doing and is good at it. He has compassion, which not all doctors have. His office staff is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend him to others looking for an A+ surgeon in CT. I have only beefed to see him once in several years, which is a good thing, but I have seen him many times.

He is very professional and appears to have clean surgical technique. No residual effects from surgery on my son.
