Dr Qasem and his staff is awesome
I have been a patient of Dr Qasem for 4 yrs now. He is awesome! I am a stage 2 invasive breast cancer survivor and I owe it all to Dr Qasem. KU cancer center wanted to give me chemo. I had a bad reaction to Docetaxel and they wanted me to do another chemo nicknamed the red devil. I wasn't comfortable with that so I got a 2nd opinion. Since my cancer was er & pr positive, HER2 negative, he suggested we do a hormonal therapy. I am so thankful for him! As far as his bedside manner. He is patient, intelligent and genuinely cares. I would highly recommend him. I am not sure about the comments above on the staff- They have always been good to me and cheerful. Atmosphere, staff and dr... there is no place better to go in my opinion.

Dr Qasem is very good. He is intelligent and listens to his patients. I believe he is providing the best care that he can. His staff on the other hand is absolutely horrible. Very rude and disrespectful. They are not helpful at all. I would not refer to him due to his inconsiderate staff.

Dr. Qasem literally saved my life. He saw my xrays from my emergency room visit because they referred me to him, & had his nurse call me & set up an appt. By the time I left his office I already had my appt. for the bone marrow test. This was so very important because we needed to know if the cancer had gone to the bone. Thankfully it hadn't. My original appt. for the test was 7 weeks out. So glad we didn't have to wait. It may have been too late. Thank you again, Dr. Qasem.
