Dr. Agarwal and staff were all very professional and courteous before and after procedure (while I was awake). Impressed with the facilities at the Sunrise clinic. Will definitely keep coming here in the future, and recommend to others.

Dr. Agarwal was very informative and put my mind at ease prior to the procedures and after. His staff was very caring and made sure I was comfortable and at ease.

I have been having gi issues for over a year nearly 2 years. I was very excited to see doctor Agarwal and get some relief. However the moment he heard I would take cannabis he told me my issues were cannabis related and wouldn’t send medications to help my symptoms until I stopped smoking for 6 weeks. Which I did and I still have symptoms. I was supposed to go in for colonoscopy in march 2024, had to reschedule due to lack of driver and now can’t be seen until the end of July. I’m still struggling with symptoms with no relief. I have not heard from the doctor to see how I did after the 6 weeks. I have only heard from his team via text message to ask me to leave a review. The care I received was discriminatory and underwhelming. He did not request a stool sample, another blood sample nothing. Last I checked cannabis doesn’t turn your feces soft.

Made sure lap up to date

This was my first visit and it was virtual. I’m not sure if it was my internet that was the problem but we kept getting timed out and I’d have to reload the page. This happened several times. It was very discouraging. I felt like maybe my concerns were not being heard. He didn’t explain anything. He only seem to know a little about my medical history. He made his recommendations and said we talk again in another 3 months. Overall, he seemed knowledgeable but hard to say. I guess we’ll see how the next visit goes.

Very kind office staff, Dr Aragwal was very educated and explained clearl the things that could be possibly be going wrong with my esophageal muscles. Was able to see him fairly quickly even though Franciscan could not seem how to get carpenters trust and plumbers and pipe fitters trust to work with their gastroenterologist dept. I would recommend the 8 mile drive to get a friendly staff that has a doctor that cares more about the patient than theirselves

His staff was helpful and new what they were doing. They make you feel comfortable and explained everything. The doctor knows his still and is great.

I really appreciate that he was willing to listen to my history and work to try and understand how best to help.

The process from the beginning to the end was very professional. The team went out of their way to keep me informed. I was provided everything I needed for the procedure: education, supplies, videos and text reminders. Dr. Agarwal met with me prior to the procedure to answer any questions and after the procedure to explain results. Follow-up call the day after to make sure I was OK.

Dr. Agarwal is a consummate professional, and he surrounds himself with knowledgeable and caring staff. And the Sunrise clinic is beautiful, although I had nearly no time to enjoy, as I was called back nearly as soon as I took a seat in the waiting room.
