Absolutely horrible experience!
Went in with 2 bumps on a new tattoo, was told it was either an infection and should get myself a new tattoo artist or it was an allergic reaction. Gave me no option but a biopsy, stitched me back up in such a way that it destroyed my tattoo (could have been stitched another way which would have not interfered with my tattoo). It turned out to be neither one of those absolutes and was instead a foreign body granuloma which could have been taken care of with steroid cream or injection. If it had been an infection, to blame such a thing on the tattoo shop is appalling as I’m well aware when and how most tattoo infections occur… when you leave the sterile shop. Disgusted with this whole situation and would never, ever return to see this doctor. Ever.

Dr. Taub was courteous enough, but otherwise very stoic. She did not seem interested in considering other treatment possibilities outside of what felt like a cookie cutter, text book approach. Felt like she dismissed me when the usual (and as she admitted, a 50/50 effectiveness) and extremely cost prohibitive treatments of the symptoms were not what I could do. Masking symptoms w/out addressing cause. With more experience, research, & empathy, she may really be able to help people.

I saw Dr. Taub about a spot on my hand that wouldn't heal. She suspected squamous cell skin cancer, biopsied the spot, and results showed she was correct. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend her to others.

I tried Botox and loved the results! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Gundersen Clinic with Dr. Taub. She's personable, knew what she was doing and gave me great advice. The Botox treatment was done quickly and painlessly. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Taub for more Botox in the future.
