The provider Mrs. Hall is excellent and always professional.Breaks everything down so that I can understand it.The only reason I couldn't put excellent on everything was because the front office staff failed me. I was instruct by my provider to call her two weeks after I started a new medication. I called at least two or three times andleft messages for my provider to call me back. I didn't geta return phone call until my next session. I was disappointed with the front office staff.

Excellent Provider of care to children!
Telehealth
Getting help for our children was difficult. We wanted to try every possible effort before medication. Our last provider did not order or review blood work. Dr. B inquired about sleep habits, exercise, screen time. She asked the hard questions and made us take a step back and consider what were our fears about medicating our child. We started out on very low doses and upped our therapy and reduced screen time. Our kids need hugs, care, someone to listen to them. Our child has a lot of sensory sensitivities to noise, lighting, smells, and as we worked through identifying them, we could work on helping to create a place of peace and calm wherever we were at for our child. Dr. B helped our child learn to speak up and have a voice. She was kind and trustworthy at every visit. So thankful we get to see her!

Dr.B and her staff have….
Been the most consistent players in my complex MH case. I take several meds to combat my anxiety, bipolar and ADD. I enjoy their conversations and willingness to listen. They also look at what fits me and my chemical makeup.

Doesn’t love being a doctor / very rude
She doesn’t know how to talk to people. Ridiculously rude and arrogant . Has no sympathy or understanding. Maybe all the years have gotten into her it seems like she doesn’t love being a doctor anymore. My mother was so hurt heartbroken she refuses to go looking for help anymore …

Telemedicine
I would not recommend this woman to anyone although I never spoke with her but one of her colleagues. Rude, never once looked me in the eye, totally misunderstood what I was trying to say, and eventually hung up on me, yelling “find another psychiatrist! Never dreamed would be treated so poorly by someone supposedly in practice of helping broken people. Not a sign of any compassion at all.

Excellent Treatment
Jydes Family Clinic has always provided me with quality care. Dr. B and Ms. Jennifer are both very attentive regarding their patients progress, concerns and plan of treatment. Unlike other physician groups, I have never felt rushed during an appointment and I feel that both Dr. B & Ms. Jennifer genuinely care about my mental health and wellness. Since beginning my treatment I have made significant progress and I am living a fulfilled life. I have referred several friends to Jydes in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.

Worst doctor ever. Saw for 7 years and got me hooked on Xanax and never listened to my feelings. Cut me off Xanax and let me go in withdrawal. Don’t go to her if you care about your sanity
