I absolutely do not recommend this arrogant orthop
Dr. Ward did emergency surgery on my left hand and arm on May 26, 2019, but he caused chronic regional pain syndrome and after meeting another one of his victims, I reported him to the medical board because he was so arrogant and rude with me, and trying to blame me for what he did to my left hand. Yes, he saved my hand, but he’s too much of a hurry, obviously.

I came in to see Dr. Ward after 2 failed surgeries. Options were limited and drastic but his confidence was comforting and the decision for carpectomy was made. Surgery was 6 months ago and already have 90 percent use of hand and still will have improvement for 6 more months. Couldn't have had a better outcome. So happy I was called by his office. Definitely would recommend him to anyone and actually have to a couple of family members and a few friends. ? ? ? ? ? all the way!

Hello my name is Myrna A. I was Dr Wards last patient to have surgery performed by him prior to him leaving Bakersfield , CA. The exceptional care with the surgery he performed on my wrist was to say perfect . I personally recommend Dr Ward w any fracture and not to mention his bedside manner . Dr Ward explained everything in detail as to what to expect before , during and after my surgery. I truly wish he would come back to California for he was a great asset to Kaiser
