Dr Makramalla biliary IR
Thorough at explaining the procedure for biliary IR and why he’s doing what he’s doing. He personally gave me a follow- up call. I’ve had two IR procedures under general anesthesia and the purpose for these is being achieved!!!!

Dr. Mak has been my IR doc since he came to UCMC. I have a rare congenital vascular anomaly, not easy to find docs that ever heard of it, much less know how to treat it. I couldn't ask for a better physician and since my condition has been with me my whole life, I've seen many. Answers all questions, recognizes that I know a great deal about my condition, so very respectful. Hopefully he will stay in Cincinnati till I'm no longer in need of his brilliant mind and skills!
